If using an electric heater tankless water?
I plan to purchase and install a tank less electricity (water demand) heater water, and would like to know the real opinion of how and whether to save the electricity bill. Also, I definitely want to know any problems that may have had with them.
I had one installed in my apartment in Florida is about 10 years and never had a problem. When I was president of the Assoc. and had a great for 3 rounds, and it does always work. The only thing is that those using microprocessors manufactured today and people in my building say they do not get enough of hot water when the sink and the shower is at the same time. I and 5 others that have the same type of drive have no problem. I turn hot water and return the week later and I can not put my hand under the faucet.The I have called "Insta-Hot Hot"
