Could something in me because of my job to stop Tankless Water Heater?

I bought a tankless water heater is hot within 3 years and stopped working. I have sent to the company that claims they have set. He has worked for less than two weeks, then stopped working again. After going in circles with the company, said there must be something in my house that is causing it to stop working. It is a Tankless Water Heaters hot gas heated electric.
