I need help with water heater plumbers an apartment complex?.
I have an apartment complex 6 units with 80 gallon water heater Electric water. The two bedroom units, and I'm getting complaints that not enough hot water. Before moving a few thousand to buy additional advertising water heater would like other options. Can I run a water heater is second in line to the first, so that one feeds the other. Thus, a water heater Heat the water and the other is just in time low. Or should I run an electric Instantaneous Water Heater to heat the water initially before entering the tank 80 gallons to keep the dough so that water is greater. If anyone has any suggestions that really appreaciate it. thanks
use 2 water heaters, if gas it would be better, because they have better recovery rates. In both cases, the hot water added in conjunction with the first gives 80 gallons more hot water. They must be in equilibrium when the news is installed on a heater does not get no more water extracted than the other. Must be equal or very close. Gross used in the construction 3 storeys with 83 units apt 1 room in it for the elderly. If I remember correctly we used 3 100 gallons of gas heating with 1 extra as a backup Case 1 was wrong. Efficiency if it gives some indication of the amount of gas is high. I'm absolutely sure that they are a Tankless Water Heater big enough for what you used.
